Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Solutions and Services Sales Manager to drive business growth across the APAC and Africa regions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling IT services, with a proven track record of building client relationships and closing high-value deals. Prior experience in startup or entrepreneurial environments is essential, as we seek someone comfortable with a fast-paced, agile, and high-growth culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across APAC and Africa.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, Procurement Heads, etc.).
  • Drive end-to-end Solutions and Services sales cycle — from lead generation, proposal creation, to deal closure.
  • Understand customer business needs and align them with the company's service offerings.
  • Collaborate with delivery and solution teams to create customized proposals and solutions.
  • Lead negotiations, contract discussions, and pricing models.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasts using CRM tools.
  • Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and networking sessions in the regions.
  • Provide market intelligence and feedback to support product/service development and marketing strategies.
  • Help establish local partnerships, channels, and alliances in the APAC and African markets.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in Solutions and Services sales, with a minimum of 3–5 years focused on APAC and/or Africa.
  • Deep understanding of IT services such as application development, managed services, cloud solutions, digital transformation, and infrastructure services.
  • Proven experience in working within startup environments — self-starter, adaptable, resourceful.
  • Strong understanding of the business landscape and cultural dynamics in the APAC and Africa regions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
  • Multilingual abilities relevant to the APAC/Africa regions would be an added advantage.
