Design Process Structure
We collect as much data as possible about the product and brainstorm on the problem statement. Sometimes, clients provide us with the Ideate part - how they see the solution. And also, with the prototype - as they already decided and even have the results of the initial Testing. Then we decide what methodology to proceed with, either, Agile, Lean UX, SAFE etc.
